      Pros

      I appreciate how employee focused Boston Scientific is. Things like parental leave, recognition, team events that are actually fun, and similar are common. The manufacturing plant doesn't look like a neglected hell-hole like every other manufacturing plant I've worked in. You can see Boston scientific is ready and willing to invest in the places people work. I really like the team I'm on and the work life balance is great. The products I work on actually make a difference in the lives of the patients and that brings meaning to my work.

      Cons

      Pay seems like it's pretty low overall. People regularly leave for outside companies, and then come back in a few years. I'm assuming they're going outside the company to get their raises, then coming back to enjoy the company culture.
