      Pros

      Patient is our first priority, always. Leadership cares about the individual employees in all locations. Communication from top down is transparent and clear.

      Cons

      Onboarding new employees isn't our strong point. When hired, you have to be seasoned enough to hit the ground running. You will have your team for support and plenty of resources but you will have to do a lot of the leg work to get up to speed.
