Very bureaucratic I am a number, not a person Located in a small town so it is difficult to attract talent so often people are advanced because of who they know or how long they've worked there, rather than having the technical skills and knowledge needed

Toxic work culture in IT. Unfair performance evaluation and expectations led by inexperienced managers. Difficult for new hires to acclimate to the environment. Fear and intimidation should not be your main leadership style.
