Pros

Benefits are good. Some coworkers are friendly. Free Bsci logo stuff is good. Nice buildings and layout. Has cafeteria for breakfast and lunch.

Cons

-Bad culture and morale. -HR runs the place. Hires and promotes according to diversity, not talent or value. Result is supervisors and trainers that don’t speak English well enough to communicate effectively. There is a multicolored flag out front, so I guess it’s ok then. - A few petty and vindictive people in organization affect staffing and careers. The ones that survive have had to sell themselves out and / or live in fear of the wrath of those folks. - Ambition is penalized and drone like conformity rewarded.

Pros

I've worked with some wonderful people on three different product lines. The work can be, at times, rewarding and you do feel a sense of satisfaction in making a quality medical product that will positively impact someone's life.

Cons

Of the three supervisors I've had, two were absolutely worthless people who served only to promote themselves and their friends. This facility is full of knowledgeable, hard-working people who are passed over for recognition and promotion in favor of the friends of the supervisor who do less but kiss-up more. Merit, integrity, and hard work will get you nowhere in this plant, it's all about who you know.
