      Pros

      Great benefits, great products, interesting work, company moving in a positive direction with revenue and doing a good job to drive investor confidence

      Cons

      One of Boston Scientific's core values is Diversity, but it falls very short of its endeavors. Overall a conservative company with lots of white men director level and above compared to women and minorities, hard to break through. Have seen one group where all the people RIF'ed recently have been minorities.

      Pros

      We’re a huge company, but it doesn’t feel like one. Commraderary has been my experience throughout division, dept. etc. You are rewarded and acknowledged for your efforts and hard work.

      Kind of disconnect between marketing and clinical needs.
