      Pros

      Overall, Boston Scientific has good benefits. Work/life balance has been good.

      Cons

      The corporate leadership team who manages the team I am on is disconnected from the day to day as I’m based in a different state. There is a lack of collaboration, recognition, support and career development. Pay is disparate.

      Pros

      Boston Scientific has fantastic company culture! It is a very collaborative environment and people work well together as a team. There is a strong focus on your own personal growth and professional goals. Managers will ask about what your career goals are often.. and they will support you towards them! Great benefits. Fantastic work/life balance. If you are salaried, you have a bit a freedom in your work schedule as long as you get your work done and do a great job. Compensation seems above average compared to other companies. Tons of opportunities for growth and advancement because of rapid company growth.
