Pros

There are snacks and free coffee. Ample parking and 24 hour building security.

Cons

The pay is substantially lower than other companies in the area. So much lower that the list of employes that leave here for those companies is so long it's almost a running joke that we are a training facility for the other companies. Most of them say they enjoy working here but can't afford to turn down 30-50% more money. The compensation is laughable when compared to the area's general cost of living. Most need to have multiple jobs to get by.

Pros

Fantastic training. Great product. Proper tools for easy job success. Good place to get your foot in the door for med device but not a place for a senior clinical’s.

Cons

The Clinical Specialist role has continually transitioned to Associate Sales Reps (called that by management). A good clinical is essentially doing the job of a rep but without the title or the pay. No clear path for advancement in the role, a chart exists but is vague and not followed. No structure for raises. Raises typically given when understaffed for retainment not for merit. No yearly raises to adjust for cost of living or time at the company. With more competitors on the market and low compensation for this role, candidates are not brought on with no experience and competitors are getting more experienced clinical reps due to higher compensation. Discouraged and guilted from using PTO by team and management.

Pros

The benefits are amazing at every level.

Cons

Management is the biggest con at this site. They do minimal work but have the most to say on fixing issues.
