      Pros

      The work/life balance is reason #1. I mean it when I say - I would be happy working at BSC for the entirety of my career. In my function, management listens to their employees, give opportunities for advancement and really rewards top performers.

      Cons

      Some of the buildings could stand to be renovated, but I'd hardly call that a con. :)

      Terrible culture in the Marketing area.

      Pros

      Close to home, nice buildings, great security folks. There are lots of employees that are willing to go the extra mile.

      Cons

      Unethical tasks requested, body shaming leaders, and extremely unprofessional atmosphere. Won an unemployment case due to having harassment issues and forced to leave.

      Pros

      Great learning experience because you sell a good variety of products

      Cons

      Lowest paid sale for having three times the work of other companies. Director level managers are meh. I had one who only like brown nosers. Company is still paying for their mistake in acquiring Guidant. Products are mostly commodity based.
