Summer hours if your area participates, standard 401(k) company match rate, decent pay for easy/entry level work.

Cons

Arrogant company that feels its "premium" products will sell themselves, terrible acquisition integration. Career advancement is difficult and is based on time spent at the company or sucking up to management versus job performance. Culture lacks innovation, outdated tools and systems, and poor leadership with no talent at Director and VP level. Job itself is entry level with copy/paste projects and looking stuff up on the internet with everything else done by external consultants. No access to meaningful data. No direction and not enough work to stay busy during the day but expected to be available outside of working hours when there is a need. Lots of pointless travel and a worthless data analytics team don’t help with productivity. Annual review process was a complete joke. People will purposely discredit you to improve their own image. Compensation and PTO are below market averages and they will not negotiate on either when hired.

New Set up-Struggling a lot

They hire people by giving huge raise in salary (which is really not a "pros", because they don't provide yearly good inceament

Cons

No good leadership No transparency No involvement/visibility of HR Management/leadership favors only certain people, don't worry about growth of every individual
