I learned everything I know about the cybersecurity industry during my time there, and view it as the place I "grew up" as a professional. Work/life balance is unparalleled. It's never an issue to take care of a personal matter. Management is always supportive of internal transfers if you want to do something else. BSC paid for high quality training and certification exams, and sent me to multiple conferences. The people are amazing. I always enjoyed working with everyone during my time at BSC. These are some of the best relationships I've forged in my career.
