No clear leadership in setting goals for the site at all. Almost every decision is last minute giving no time for employees to make arrangements for changes in work schedule. The buddy system is in full effect in upper management creating a yes man environment stifling any positive changes unless it benefits the managers at the company. Little hope that things will change.

The salary could be better. Among local Minnesota companies, the salary is actually good, but when compared to other companies doing business in Minnesota, it's terrible. I'm making $20k less than my other job. The pace of development is glacial. Be prepared for lots of meetings. I'm hybrid instead of fully remote but my team is spread out across Minnesota so I just drive in to work to hop on Teams in my cubicle all day whenever I have to go in to the office. It's really a waste of gas money for me.
