Pros
Although the company works hard to make you think the teams are diverse, the teams are totally either white or Indian (from India). You and your manager can either stay together forever or you may decide to quit ASAP. The technology and budget isn't the best. HR will not care about you, you're on your own. Terrible communication if you're trying to fix something with paycheck since it's located in India, and the language is weak, they seem like they don't even know what a paycheck is. The company reputation is good, their products and feel is overall nice and precise. Their pay is low, but that's the price you'll pay/sacrifice to have a great stability job, job security is good. low-avg pay. Stable jobs. avg benefits.
Cons
Management only focused on their performance. You'll have to swim on your own if you want something that's not making the company money. Almost all managers are old, white, and hard to build a connection with. The job you get and things you will do will be COMPLETELY different from the job description and even what you are told in the interview. Low pay. Honeymoon phase. weak digital integration, long lead time communications. Unfair compensation for different people. If your manager likes you, you'll get promoted in no time, and vise versa, REGARDLESS of performance! Specifically, if you both are from the same country, or the same city, or have the same race! HR and PR do a great job in marketing for the company but that is the ugly truth. Almost impossible to join other teams. You either get promoted where you are or leave. You'll have to grind hard for a low pay. No opportunities to do anything else. You have to sacrifice your sould and body and TIME for the job.
