      Good benefits. Good coworkers. Interesting products

      Cons

      10% will receive 'needs improvement' you are pressured to give good people who work for you a 'bad' review because otherwise you might be in the 10%. If you have a terrible manager, there are no guard rails. They are more interested in meeting a CAPA deadline and making the box green then really solving a problem. Bandaids, not true solutions. The diversity and inclusion is lip service, rah, rah talk; not real.

      Employees Quit Management Not the Company

      Pros

      Great workmanship. Ability to promote from within. Always coming out with new product to better serve people. Cafeteria on site. Great levels of diversity. Amazing atmosphere. Good communication. Great benefits. Clean working environments. As a machine operator II, I truly love my job and every aspect of it.

      Cons

      Allowing harassment/bullying (per Code of Conduct and Policy handbook) from management to lower level employees. Nine months of harassment, multiple trips to HR and nothing was done. Hostile work environment, singling out of employees and favoritism. HR is supposed to protect employees and their rights and they failed. They would much rather keep an egotistical manager that harasses females over any good employee worth keeping. I could continue but that is my biggest complaint.

      Benefits good. CEO has positive impact.

      Cons

      Bad first line and horrible second line management. Poor direction. Bad communication. Good old boy club. Managers only look out for personal career advancement vs. employee development. No career path plan in company.
