There aren't many. The cafeteria is nice though.

Cons

Terrible Management, No FMLA within the actual company, if you aren't blessed with super speed when working you are mentally dragged down by management or even fired. The pay is only competitive for employees who are high up in the chain of command. All regular hourly employees are not even given a living wage. If you are a normal production level employee you are treated very poorly and given 0 reward for hard work.

Great benefits 6% 401k match 4 weeks PTO, 2 floating holidays for everyone up to 20 years in US 8 weeks parental leave, 12 weeks for maternal leave in US good health, dental, and vision great flexibility of work and life Amazing company values and some of the best people I have ever worked with.

Cons

slow growth internally, most people don't leave positions or management only shuffles around. No room for upward mobility. Multiple years with success and oustanding but only 1 promotion. Pay raises do not match market needs, 1-5% pay raise when inflation is >8% and company is making record profits and growth YoY
