The company is trying to start a service organization. Everything is unorganized and there are incompetent managers. They expect you to work without getting paid. It was told that you need to comp time when your a non exempt employee. I’m a senior level engineer and never been in a such a abusive/gang environment. People have there friends and favorites get what they want.
