* Pay is very low for the required work. *Trainers lack leadership skills and often use their authority to carry to out personal vendettas. *Trainers are not held accountable. *Leadership only care about their monthly goals and not the morale or development of the team. *Lack of opportunity for minority employees outside of assembly. Hence, if you are over qualified and seek more administrative opportunities you will be held back because they only want certain people in office positions. *Discriminate and treat minorities unfairly, create the rules and policies to mask their lack of inclusion.
