      Pros

      Good Benefits Great Campus with access to parks and onsite health/fitness/banking facilities. Best direct (middle) management that I have every worked with. My peers are some of the most talented and friendliest people that I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Pay was ok, but is no longer competitive with the market The atmosphere feels like they are getting ready for a fire sale. Issues that were deemed necessary in past years are no longer being addressed. Attrition, for key roles, is occurring at an alarming rate and they are not replacing head count. The atmosphere is slowing going from "Why is nobody caring!?" to "Meh, I guess if upper management doesn't care, I don't care either. Time to look for a new job".

      Boston Scientific is a good place to work

      Pros

      BSC was a company that seemed to respect it's employees, seemed to be very flexible about accommodating my family's schedule, and had a very friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      During my time at BSC, it seemed like there was a lot of miscommunication and/or lack of communication when projects involved more than one department. This would result in a lot of unneeded anxiety, stress, and after-hours work.

      Pros

      Relatively decent salary in relation to the market. Good work-life balance. Unlimited sick time available. Good 401K match (for at least the time being).

      Cons

      Management - all levels...it's a brotherhood of dull white guys. Tow the line or be fired. Outsourcing everything...manufacturing, IT, Software dev. Location - Arden Hills is depressing. You're one of the chosen few if you can see a window from your cube.
