Pros

Bring home working, the working hours are pretty flexible depend on you.

Cons

I would say the salary is a little bit low, but still very acceptable.

Pros

The workload is not that much if you are a graduate student at the same time

Cons

The pay is low relative to the other universities specially considering the fact that we are living in an expensive city like Boston

Pros

There were a lot of pros, particularly the salary was competitive, there is a strong union presence and you get additional paid days of for holiday closures.

Cons

The commute into the city if you are living outside of it is definitely a con. Opportunity for growth in my particular department was also minimal, which led to my resignation.
