      Pros

      Generally decent facilities and fantastic location just down Comm Ave from Kenmore Square.

      Cons

      The massive size of the university means that it has an extraordinarily corporate culture - some departments are fantastic, and others are an absolute mess. More importantly, it quite often feels like the organization exists more to make and spend money than to actually educate.

      Pros

      I suppose it's great when you get to do lots of various tasks and jobs since then you get a much wider view of the scope of the work environment. Though at times you're spread thin since you're the one doing lots of different things rather than having additional help

      Cons

      Very Low pay, no training, in fact I was giving training to their senior staff while I was a part-time worker
