Pros

friendly students, great chemistry department environment, helpful professors, wonderful location, access to everything in the city by train, bike, or foot

Cons

some PIs are hard to deal with, expectations are sometimes too high, teaching requirements take up too much time and don't allow for as much focus on research and your own classes
