Not as bad as some of the past reviews!

Service Delivery Project Manager - Theale (Reading) UK I thought I would take a minute now I've been here a couple of months to review this team as some of the past reviews particularly "The customers all hate us and there is no internal teamwork"(!) really worried me. Well two months in, am pleased to say there is plenty of internal teamwork, even though I am largely remote. Also no customers hate us that I have come across as yet. Instead I have come to a very friendly helpful team, with two managers who have been great so far. There have been some changes since the past reviews were written. They had a lot of leavers in 21/22, as PM's had too many projects to manage. they have now changed the system and actually ask you whether you have capacity, and take no for an answer if you say no, they don't just keep piling it on you.
Cons
Theale business park might not be for everyone, being a bit out of London, but it has great facilities. Currently everyone is post pandemic wandering round a ginormous office which is like a ghost tow. But they are about to move us all into a smaller section of the same office which should have a better vibe.
