Interesting product, was a great company to work for 5 years ago but serious lack of company in some product lines.

Cons

As with most companies, Bottomline has guiding principles - two of which "Customer Delight" and "Work With and For Each Other" are jokes. The customers hate us and there is no internal team work

Our Guiding Principles - and in particular Customer Delight and Work With and for Each Other are very much a part of our culture and success. Our pulse survey results support that - with a full 94% indicating they believe we are committed to customer delight and 91% indicating they were proud to work for Bottomline.
