Good salary Friendly atmosphere Hybrid model

BT has undergone some changes in the past year and a half. Revised our strategy to make it more global. We are investing in the products that we feel are the future of Bottomline and the FinTech industry as a whole. Also have a goal to become the #1 company in the B2B payments space. Despite my role having occasional ambiguity, most employees have experienced this in different departments. What makes the company stand out is the "we're all in this together" and the "we've all experienced this" mindset that makes everyone feel a part of the team. When you experience challenge, if your manager and team have your back, it's pretty hard to fail. This culture is the best I've experienced.
