No pay for performance in place; Salary increases are non-existent or sub par; salaries have not kept up with inflation and pay is not consistent with market range. Recently bought by Thoma Bravo who "flattened the organization" which translates to no career growth opportunities; talented employees are leaving and they are not backfilling the positions leaving overworked, unmotivated employees. They outsource many jobs to other countries.

Layoffs, absolutely no career path , micromanaging ,no culture at all. It doesn't feel like you work at a company with a unique culture or values. You just log in and complete 8 hours of a dead end job.
