Most people there are wonderful to work with. Good benefits. They have good commitment to giving back to the community and charity as well.

Cons

No real career path. Poor yearly raise structure. More and more work without additional compensation. High burnout.

The executive leadership does not listen - they feel they don’t need to as they already have all of the answers. The CEO signs off on every detail - causing huge delays There are no org charts, causing confusion and delays in day to day work

I am sorry Bottomline did not work out for you. It is fast paced and not for everyone. There are some comments in your review that sound like a very different company from the Bottomline I know. We certainly have org charts but we do not hide behind or manage org charts. One of our important success characteristics is "Lead from where you stand". Anyone can be a leader on any given issue or opportunity. As for decisions, we are a fast growing $500 million global company and I can assure you there are few details I actually sign off on as CEO.
