Pros

Coworkers were great to work with.

Cons

The overall environment was not great. There is a lack of support and trust in upper management. Everything seemed like it was a cash grab and they only cared about the money. You're unable to go to any leadership about issues because no one will listen and value what feedback is given. They say that their pay is competitive with the job market but the amount of work you're given is not worth the pay that you receive.
