its a job, you get a pay check
Cons
the 2 owners of the company are very rude, entitled, fake, and frankly terrible people to work for. You are told you will be trained on best practices and company software, however that is absolutely not the case. You are more or less thrown to the wolves and expected to hit unreasonable metrics. You were also asked to clock in and out when you were brought on as a "salaried," employee. Don't work here if you have other options. Its a literal nightmare that doesn't get better.
