Staffing is never an easy job. It's not for people who give up quickly, it's truly a job for the hard working who are not afraid to work. I have seen people come and go from here but the truth is people want easy money. Working here is great because if you work really hard you get paid out for your hard work. This is the reason for the job. Work hard and play hard. The owners are extremely pleasant young entrepreneurs. They really look after their company and employees. They give and give so much, but this is a job and people are still expected to perform and do their job. List of pro's working here: Extremely generous commissions Bonuses at the end of the year Unlimited PTO 2 weeks off at the end of the year for holidays LOTS of flexibility and working remote options Fun team building activities quarterly Coffee, massages, random lunches and so much more I truly enjoy working for Sema and Innesa. Both are hard working girls. You can tell they put in their full heart into their jobs and work hard. They do their best to maintain a fun and exciting work environment but also are focused and busy.
