The management is lost half the time because those above them have such horrible communication. The way you do something changes on a daily basis and even after a year they still have no set guidelines on how things are to be done. The communication is even worse. We would know what is happening weeks before it would even be brought up or they would try to sweep things under the rug like it is all happy but the employees knew better. They have no real guideline it seems for evaluating their employees and if they do they dont tell you what is expected.
They spend tons of money on things that could be used to make the company better on junk that is not even needed. You are brought in to a fancy hotel for orientation, treated to a nice dinner, have happy hours on companies dime, (not sure how no one has gotten a dui from it ) just all around not real professional but more a frat house.
they send you a profit and loss analysis of the compant which your area did exceptionally well but then they say there is no more work. Most were hired on by temp staff and they hired the whole crew on permanantly only to lay a portion of them off the next month.
Forget training, you ask for it and they say yea we will do classes on that only to never happen so you have to rely on your coworkers to train you. You are yelled at for not knowing how something is done even though they just changed it and never advised you of the change.
Benefits are a joke, the health insurance is horrible, the PTO is terrible if there is no work because of their fault then you must use that time or not get paid. Your hollidays count against your PTO so if it is an office observed holliday and you dont use PTO then you dont get paid for it even though the office is closed.
