Pros

The kitchen was always well stocked with snacks and beverages. Most of the staff were "personable" and were great resources.

Cons

Too bottom-line, bonus and stock focused especially if you were higher on the food chain. Value-add employees were let go for just these reasons.

the clients were better to work with than the staff

Cons

no communication from corporate about upcoming layoffs, and they layoff quick and in large amounts. they did a sweep of folks, also closing one office on Christmas eve. they lose clients left and right b/c they lie to them about approvals and deadlines. when you're own supervisor says put your resume out b/c I'm leaving DO IT. when you see groups of folks quitting within a few months, FOLLOW THEM. some remaining managers are closed minded and will never change...no raises/bonuses despite the promises either. when you ask corporate what's going on in the company, they sugarcoat everything, even to your supervisor. underpaid by 30K, and I'm in engineering.
