Pros

I have a great boss and a lot of flexibility. Two of the cultural values at Bowman are "Responsible Freedom" and "Results Over Process." I feel like the company overall is true to these values which makes Bowman a great place to work. Side note: The IT support is by far the best of any company I have worked for.

Cons

The benefits package (insurance, retirement) is adequate but not great.

Company pursues good clients and provides good service. They have the ability to manage small to large projects.

Cons

Don't always get the feeling of being connected with other offices. Management of disciplines in separate offices isn't always connecting. Certain groups of employees seem on edge for losing their jobs.
