Pros

- they treat you like an adult, it's flexible and you're empowered to manage your own diary - everyone is unbelievably friendly, you feel like part of the family from day one, and there are lots of community events/groups to get involved in - the company values are actually REAL and not just some nice words on a website - solid career progression steps - great management and leadership who actually listen

Cons

- the ramp up is very comprehensive but possible a little too slow, lots and lots of training before you get stuck into role

Pros

Box combines quality culture with fairly interesting work and good leadership. We were one of the few companies I knew to not do layoffs in late 2022. All exec teams have some degree of aloofness, but I see it far less at Box than other companies. Most managers are good in GTM teams, some are truly stellar Our hybrid work policy is excellent - little to no pressure to come into the office, but always available

Cons

- some legacy processes take a while to get rid of - cross team communication has room to improve
