      Pros

      Box is an incredible company to work for. After being at a non-public, underperforming company, joining Box felt like stepping into a whole new world and a breath of fresh air! Management is honest, forward, and fun, there is not any change that isn't manageable. Quotas are consistent, and expectations are clear. Excellent benefits, and high pay compared to the market pay!

      Pros

      I love my team, my manager, and the fact that every single person is getting promoted with 6-9 months of being in the role(just had 4 people promote within 6-8 months of being in this role! Great sign

      Cons

      None! Other than its a typical sales grind role but you can absolutely work your 9-5 and if you use good time management you will hit 100% quota!
