Pros

- Really fun working environment, people were really nice, and customers like the same things you do - You get to talk about anime/video games/Disney all-day - Flexible work hours, you can ask for more hours if you need to make more money

Cons

- Hours get thin extremely fast, expect to get cut upwards of 8-10 hours a week - Barely get paid above minimum wage. The hourly wage doesn't make up for the commute - Depending on the manager, any work-related drama may sour the experience for you. - The amount of work you do doesn't correlate to the amount you're paid or the hours you get. May be asked to open upwards of 40-50 boxes in the span of 8 hours without a proper backroom. - Not many breaks, most associates will not be able to take a break during their shift.
