Pros

Good discount at Hot Topic and Boxlunch, flexible hours, informative emails to update on company policies and designs could be helpful. Gives experience in learning to be flexible and manage coworkers with less than ideal hour allotments.

Cons

I was completely confused regularly, finding things out from SM while they were happening, such as big Squishmallow releases, or after they had already occurred. On top of that, I often overworked and undertrained, doing things that were SM tasks without knowing how to do them, or I was put in the backroom unboxing product and trying to sort in a backroom with almost zero storage without any extra manpower. The DM was unclear about expectations and directions, and was hard to reach and communicate with on average.
