If you love talking to people this job is amazing! People always friendly and need help with all of the products and always keeps you on your feet. You work around the things you love and there is an interest for everyone.

Cons

The hours are at a minimum since it’s such a small store.

Pros

You have the opportunity to meet really great people and in so doing, you have a great team. Some customers were regulars so they were really nice and always happy be helped.

Cons

The company did not value it's employees. Nothing accomplished by sales associates were ever rewarded. If someone was top in a of the KPIs, nothing was done to make them feel special. The discount was a joke considering the prices of the items. Putting the customer first was always degrading work.
