Pros

Cool customers, products, & licenses HR is your friend

Cons

Underpaid criminally for the level of work they require. Days off are never really days off. Supervisors are hit or miss, but most of them are a miss.

Better get hired at the rate you want

Pros

Loved my team members, customers are overall easy to get along with, good benefits/PTO

Cons

You better get hired at the pay rate you want forever because it's impossible to get raises. They'll hire on new people much higher than those who've worked there for years. Poor communication from company. They don't listen to your feedback or input it's always just "well this is was corporate wants". They try to make themselves look good via social media when it comes to social issues/COVID/ect. They paid us for two weeks then told us we could use sick time after, then changed their minds. They'll donate money to causes but refuse to give decent raises. You're expected a lot compared to how much they pay/offer.
