Pros

Fun Environment, lots of cool clothes and fandom based products.

Cons

Set unrealistic expectations when it comes to metrics! They want every person to sign up for their rewards program and get mad when you miss anything! Also put way to much emphasis on conversion, they expect 1 out of every 4 customers to buy something when it’s realistically 1 out of every 10.

Pros

Discount Co workers were cool products in store were cool

Cons

If you’re not the store manager, you won’t make decent money. even as a full time ASM, you’re barely getting by financially but are expected to do the same tasks as a SM. Not worth the pay, high turnover rate. The part time managers still work 35-40 hours but get no benefits or pay raises.
