Pros

It’s a job and a paycheck.

Cons

Company is very poorly run. Mismanaged at all levels. No clear focus or direction or identity for the brand. No regard for employees. Bad operational planning. Horrible communication. Performance file is a mess, priorities are all skewed, not focused at all on sales or profit but conversion and coupon redemption.

Pros

Awesome customer base Fair discounts (New) Easy to use POS Welcoming environment Teamwork and family oriented buisness Lots of opportunities for sales associates and lower management

Cons

Not competitive pay Awful and outdated scheduling and timekeeping systems Performance is harshly graded off of conversion Internal strife at a corporate level (very game of thrones) Extremely difficult to move up past Store Manager
