Pros

Professional Growth and development is higher than anywhere I have worked before. Learning something new. Benefits are good. Nerdy stuff. Culture is amazing.

Cons

lack of work life balance is negative. Lack of respect with peers. DM has your back but to a point. Too much to do being hourly. Not enough payroll.

Discounts are good, staff is great. Customers are generally pretty chill and nerdy. Liberal company as a whole.

Cons

Normal retail cons. Holidays are crazy. Some customers are awful.

Not really sure of any pros ... Maybe the discount at Torrid or HotTopic

Cons

Very very very low pay for the work you put in. Part time employee $7.25 lowest paid company in the mall. The manager was new in her role, but did not know anything about the company. Was told to clock out and that she would adjust our time cards?????? I feel like there was time card fraud going on. The manager hired all her friends from HotTopic, but they stated you can't be friends with employees on a different level from you. One employee's mother is even friends with the store manager.
