Pros

Merchandise discount, weekly provided lunch, cool people to work with, free merch samples, some remote work

Cons

Mandatory 2 days in office only to continue to take virtual calls, management, cliquey groups in the buying department, low pay, micro managing bosses, poor tools provided to employees

Not the Best

Pros

Fun coworkers and great customers Sometimes there was cool merch Discount at store and at Hot Topic and Torrid (both were higher than the BoxLunch discount)

Cons

Bad Management--did nothing when my coworkers and I were unfairly treated by another coworker, no matter who or how many times it was reported Can get very busy Not very understanding Low pay Too much pressure for not enough compensation Not very flexible when it came to scheduling --I was a student and I had many tests. I was forced to schedule my tests around my shifts because they would not move my shift or find someone else.

Pros

The culture at BoxLunch is unmatched. Management and HQ care about employees and create clear paths for growth.

Cons

Compensation could be better but is not below the average
