Pros

The discount stacks are Hottopic

Cons

Constantly adding more work but expected to drop everything when customers walk in and engage. Makes it hard to multi task and get certain work done.

Pros

Good pay and bonus’ for meeting sales quotas (as a store manager)

Cons

Broken communication and lack of district manager visits allow stores to self deprecate. Not to mention, teammates barely get hours and when they are doing good, there are no incentives for regular sales mates. There is only so much managers can do for their sales members and it feels shady for us not being able to give them hours yet the company opens stores up left and right.. so now our market is saturated.

Pros

It was nice to talk to customers and coworkers about similar interests. Keeps the work engaging, even if it runs slow. Good job for sociable people.

Cons

Can be a bit of favoritism, depending on the manager.
