Bad Hours, Bad Pay

Pros

I enjoyed working with my coworkers.

Cons

Corporate ruined a lot of the fun. The number of KPI's associates had to track was ridiculous. Most of the time, I was stuck up front with an ipad, having to ask customers if they had a rewards account. Our daily sales goals were incredibly unrealistic and directly affected hours. Many times my shift would get cut a few hours before I started, and a few times I would even be sent home early. I was lucky to get 10 hours a week most of the time, except for holidays. Management was alright, but I truly felt as if you didn't consistently get good KPIs (rewards sign-ups, high-dollar transactions), you would rarely get enough hours. Associates would almost never get weekday shifts during the non-peak season.
