Pros

- Everyone is kind and i’ve never had any outstandingly terrible customer - I was a student working another job while working this one and the manager made sure to accommodate my schedule - deals go crazy

Cons

- if a customer doesn’t want to sign up for an account on a big purchase you get reprimanded - sales sales sales, you constantly have to upsell at the register (even if the customer clearly doesn’t want it) - you are required to constantly check in with customers while on the floor,, I don’t mind this, but it’s lead to customers getting annoyed because they want to shop in peace

Upper Management is a joke; DMs & RMs very unprofessional. Male DMs are inappropriate with employees in store(sharing personal # with SMs) Payroll is atrocious; lots of times you’re alone for 6+ hrs no breaks Store to store tattling is encouraged The push for loyalty sign ups is ridiculous; no other KPIs are judged this hard No kudos for a job well done; only complaints and down talking Quality of clothing
