Good, people-oriented management at the Franklin location, and it's much easier to engage with customers over shared interests as opposed to other retail stores where you can't really connect.

Cons

Low compared to the average pay at every other retail location, they're way lower. Base pay: associates $11, for temp managers $12, ASM's $13. This also means slightly higher turnover.
