District managers incredibly unprofessional, working environment was hostile, and compensation was subpar

Pros

Sales associates were very hard workers, very helpful to all customers, and we all got along quite well. We’d be the first to know about hot releases (pops, loungeflys, etc.) The discount!!!!! So good ;)

Cons

During my year there, we had three different store managers due to a lack of professionalism, communication and service! Customers can be quite rude at times. We had a couple rude customers nearly every day! IMO the pay isn’t that good. For a manager position, I was getting paid the same amount as the sales associates, and considering the amount of work that I did, I didn’t think that was ok.

Pros

team building was great, the clientele was wonderful. The mall is also very beautiful, and if you're willing to put yourself out there, its a great place to connect with new people.

Cons

selling one figure in 5 minutes that costs more than 2 weeks income wears on you, like a lot.
