Pros

Great team and coworkers within the company, decent benefits, good bonuses made for sales goal, philanthropic company

Cons

Lack of training and consistency, low salary overall and low wages for anyone who isn’t a store manager, was either micromanaged or totally left alone depending on DM, not much room to grow as there was no step above SM

Pros

The environment and the people, great employee discount and amazing products to sell and buy!

Cons

The pay! $13 an hour for an assistant manger isn’t enough for someone to live off of let alone support a family. The company sells shirts for up to 20-30 dollars but can’t pay their employees a decent wage. Such a shame.
