Pros

Will always be busy throughout the month, especially the last day of the month.

Cons

Depending on which shop you are located, the environment could be really organized or not. There is a bit of toxic expectations that is expected for the worker to complete.

Pros

Great atmosphere, employees are friendly and easy to get along with. Frequent social events within office for team building, immediate supervisors are easy to talk to and willing to listen to suggestions

Cons

Understaffed, under paid, not permitted to work more than 35 hours per week with some exceptions. Workload is excessive, moderate turn over for employees. Communication from management, especially higher management, is lacking. Expectations that verbal communication will be passed from person to person is unacceptable. All communication should be in writing either in email, intranet or hard copy communications. Too much money spent on frivolous things that could be used in staff development and staff retention instead.
