Pros

Free Tuesday lunch Hybrid 2 days a week in the office. Beware they are moving to 4 next year.

Cons

Low compensation across the board, especially considering the workload and expectations. Raises are rare and minimal. Chaotic organization — departments operate in silos, communication is poor, and priorities shift constantly without warning. Management is ineffective and disconnected. Decisions are made without input from those doing the actual work, and leadership seems more focused on optics than outcomes. The CTO once said we should "...follow up with discipline" — a telling quote that reflects the punitive culture rather than one of support or growth. Little to no investment in employee development or career progression. High turnover, which only adds to the instability and stress.

Pros

Some decent coworkers who are trying to make the best of the situation. Occasional flexibility in work hours.

Cons

The company has serious management issues that make it nearly impossible to succeed or feel motivated. There is a complete lack of clear direction from leadership, which leaves employees scrambling to figure out what the actual goals are. It feels like we're constantly chasing after shifting priorities, which leaves us overworked and frustrated. Management doesn't seem to know how to prioritize tasks effectively, and instead, there’s a constant cycle of urgent but poorly thought-out initiatives. This has led to unnecessary pressure and burnout. Rather than having clear discussions or guidance, it often feels like decisions are being made in the dark, with no real feedback loops or room for employee input. The lack of structure and communication has created a toxic environment where people are expected to perform without understanding the bigger picture or how their work fits into the company's long-term objectives. In the end, everyone is left feeling overwhelmed and undervalued, which contributes to an overall lack of morale.
