      Pros

      Co-workers are some of the best people to work with. Good place if you need a jumping point when first coming to the country.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay especially based on industry average. Refusal to hire more staff and depend on automated programs to do the job (which don't work). Excessively high workload for all staff in finance department. Extremely high employee turnover, even at an executive level. If I could give a zero star rating I would

      the environment is hybrid, have to come twice a week.

      Cons

      no job security, no training, you hit the ground running, non supportive management, can fire you anytime without relevant reason, too much volume to work on
